Hao Ying Glover is the founder of Eunoia Lens, a photography practice rooted in emotional connection, authenticity, and simplicity. With a background in healthcare and a degree in kinesiology and sociology from SUNY Brockport, she brings a deep awareness of the human experience into every session she leads — a photographer trained to notice how people hold themselves when they feel safe, valued, and seen.
She has worked across outpatient clinics, inpatient units, and nutrition services — experiences that shaped a compassionate, intuitive approach and a belief in spaces where people feel safe, valued, and seen. Through Eunoia Lens, she brings that same care to her photography, guiding people gently into moments of honesty and self-connection.
Eunoia Lens is not a studio-based brand. Hao Ying specializes in outdoor, natural-light photography for individuals, couples, families, and midlife adults seeking portraits that feel grounded and emotionally resonant. Her process is lightly guided and focused on simplicity, leaving room for each client’s personality and presence to shine through.
Beyond photography, she is passionate about a more conscious and connected future — she volunteers with Climate Solutions Accelerator and continues to explore what meaningful impact looks like for her. Traveling is truly her favorite thing in the world — she’s had the joy of shooting sessions abroad, and that love of new places, new light, and new people follows her home into every session she shoots in Upstate New York.
